Republicans are driving the obesity epidemic

Contrary to alt-right Claire Lehmann's claim that feminism is fueling the obesity crisis, thanks to the Pew Research Center we can see that in the US at least it's Republicans who are fueling - and driving - the obesity crisis with their preference for large houses with everything located miles away that you can't walk to.

This would also explain why liberals flock to cities and conservatives stay out in the sticks.

I have another theory - large houses with lots of ground far away from everything favors the old patriarchal model of family life, with the husband as the king of the castle and the wife and children his subjects. Especially if the wife doesn't work, the "king" owns the house and the car and everything depends on him.
