I've been taking people to St. Andrews restaurant in the Times Square area for well over a decade, but when I tried to do it last Friday I discovered they had gone out of business. I can't find anything online about why. NYMag
gave it a strong review and I always enjoyed it. And where else can you go to see men in kilts? Well apparently there's a place in the
West Village.
