I am a god unto the ants

I am a god unto the ants.

With a tiny effort I could

lift the bottle cap, that is now

blocking their procession and which

they must manuever around, thus

making all those lives easier.

Or I could crush them underfoot

even without knowing I have,

while wearing these heavy workboots.

Smiling on the oblivious

I hurry on my own business.
