Here are my schedule conflicts. Tehre are a number of them, so I'll just list them out.
The evening of Wednesday, September 15 -day Friday, September 17 (Rosh Hashana)
Evening of Friday, September 24, day of Saturday, September 25 (Yom Kippur)
Evening of Sunday, September 26 (Awards ceremony)
Afternoon Friday, October 1 (writing workshop for a school)
2-5pm, Sunday October 3 (seminar)
Evening of Monday, October 4 (reading)
Evening of Friday, October 8 (Tickets)
Evening of Friday, October 15 (Tickets)
Daytime Saturday, October 16 (Seminar at Rutgers)
On top of all this, I've been invited to a family event in Montreal on September 18 & 19--I haven't yet accepted, but in an ideal world, I'd love to go, though with all the other conflicts, I'm not sure whether it wil be logistically possible.
Sorry for all the conflicts, but I thought it would be better to list them out early. I'll help figure out a schedule once we have all the actors, of course.
